When will my order be processed?

Our products are shipped from global provider warehouses and will be dispatched within 1-3 working days for most items. As some products are handcrafted upon order confirmation, we will arrange production according to the sequence of orders received. Please kindly wait with patience. For orders placed during weekends or holidays, we will process the shipment on the next working day. Please be informed that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages during the shipping process.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

No. Once an order is placed it can't be changed or cancelled.

How do I track my order?

*We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. What if I receive a defective/incorrect/damaged item?

Examine your order immediately upon delivery. We will refund or reship any damaged merchandise, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Clearance items are final sale.
